• LogMeIn Resolve MDM supports PEM and DER encoded certificates and certificates in #PKCS12 file format.

Certificates must be uploaded to LogMeIn Resolve MDM before they can be deployed to managed devices.

1. Start by navigating to Management > Files and certificates. Switch to the Certificates tab where you can see the current list of uploaded certificates.

2. Use the blue Add button to start uploading certificates.
   If the uploaded certificates are protected with a password you must enter the password that was used when exporting these certificates.

After certificates have been uploaded you can start the deployment.

Navigate to Management > Devices and choose the desired devices. Then use the blue Deploy > Deploy certificate button from the top of the page.

Choose the desired certificates and press Next to proceed to the confirmation step. Then press Deploy to confirm the deployment.

You can monitor the status of the deployments from Management > Action log or by opening the Certificate page's Deployments tab.

All successfully installed certificates are also visible on the Deployments tab of the Device page.
