LogMeIn Resolve MDM trial

This article explains the trial of LogMeIn Resolve MDM and what to do when it ends.

Free 14-day trial

The trial allows you to try MDM features for free without any commitments. During the 14-day trial, you can explore LogMeIn Resolve MDM by trying out the following features:
  • View device data inventory.
  • Set up configurations for Android, Apple, and Windows devices.
  • Automate the deployment of apps, configurations, files, and certificates.
  • Integrate your site with powerful third-party applications.
You may apply for a free trial through GoTo Admin or request it through our website.

When the trial ends

You have 14 days to explore the benefits of managing an organization's mobile devices with LogMeIn Resolve MDM. You can find useful information about mobile device management during the trial on our support site.

Before the trial ends, remove all enrolled devices from your site if you are not planning to continue with LogMeIn Resolve MDM. The unenrollment will remove the management capabilities and MDM-deployed configurations from your devices. If you need more time to test LogMeIn Resolve MDM features, please reach out to our support team.

When the trial period is about to end, you will receive an email suggesting the next steps to continue managing your devices in LogMeIn Resolve MDM. If you decide to move forward with LogMeIn Resolve MDM at any point during or after the trial period, purchase a license through GoTo Admin or contact our sales team.
