Enrolling Windows 10 and 11 devices using the Full management type
Devices running Windows 10 and 11 can be enrolled to LogMeIn Resolve MDM using the Full management type. Using the Full management type, an MDM profile is created for the device. Full enrollment enables all management features and lets you assign a user to the device.
General information about the Full enrollment of Windows devices
- Devices running Windows 7 or 8 cannot be enrolled using the Full management type. For these devices, use the Light management type.
- The LogMeIn Resolve MDM is automatically installed to devices running Windows 10 and 11 Pro edition.
- Windows 10 and 11 Home edition devices can be enrolled using the Full management type, but the Miradore client must be manually installed to these devices using Light enrollment.
For detailed information on Windows management types, see our Windows device management article.
Limitations
The Miradore client only supports 64-bit versions of Windows. This means that while the MDM protocol is available for 32-bit versions and the work account is created on these devices upon enrollment, the Miradore client's management features are not available on 32-bit Windows versions.
