Enroll a device using the wizard

Our platform-specific enrollment wizards guide you through the enrollment steps. Here's how you can get started with them:

  1. Navigate to Enrollment > Enroll device and select a platform.
    1. For Android and Windows, select a platform-specific management type as follows:
      • Android: Fully managed, Fully managed with work profile, or Work profile
      • Windows: Full or Light management

  2. For Windows, follow the wizard's instructions. For other platforms, enter the device user's email address in the Email field.
    In the case of some of the management types, you can choose to send an enrollment invitation to the user either via email or in an SMS message. The enrollment invitation is a message that contains automatically generated, unique one-time enrollment credentials, and instructions for enrolling the device. When the user enrolls their device, LogMeIn Resolve MDM uses the enrollment credentials to validate the enrollment and add the device to your LogMeIn Resolve MDM site.   3. Depending on the chosen enrollment method, the enrollment can be done with the provided QR code and/or with the enrollment credentials. If you do not want to use the QR code, you can enroll the device by clicking the provided link and using the shown enrollment credentials to complete the enrollment.

What to do next: You can track the status of all device enrollment actions on the Enrollment > Enrollment log page in LogMeIn Resolve MDM. When the enrollment is completed, you can view the device by double-clicking it.
