Configuration profile export and import
This article describes how to export configuration profiles and settings from LogMeIn Resolve MDM, and how to import these exported templates to your other LogMeIn Resolve MDM sites. This speeds up the implementation of new customer instances for MSPs (Managed Service Provider).
Requirements
Exporting configuration profiles
Configuration profiles can be exported by navigating to . Then select the configurations you want to export and click Actions > Export from the top of the page.
Press Download to start the export, and store the received configuration profile template file *.json on your computer. You can then close the wizard.
Importing configuration profiles
Configuration profiles can be imported in page by clicking from the top of the page.
Press Upload and choose the exported template *.json. After the upload is complete press Import to save the configuration profiles and settings from the template to the current site.
