Transfer a session in the LogMeIn Rescue Web Technician Console

In LogMeIn Rescue Web Technician Concole remote support sessions, technicians can seamlessly transfer active sessions to other technicians or channels. This feature maintains all session context and continuity for the customer while enabling efficient workload distribution among support staff.

Note: The feature is currently not available for Zero Download sessions.
  1. Select the session you wish to transfer by clicking on it in the My Queue list.
  2. Select the Transfer session button.
  3. Select an available technician or channel in the right panel (availability is indicated by boldfaced text).
  4. Select Transfer session.
  5. Select Transfer in the pop-up window to activate session transfer.
