This procedure assumes you already have both a LogMeIn Rescue account and a Salesforce Developer, Enterprise or Unlimited account.
- Click here to install LogMeIn Rescue and log in with the administrator user account of the Salesforce organization under which you want to install the Rescue app.
Result: The Installation Instructions page appears.
- Select Install.
- Tick the I have read and agreed to the terms and conditions checkbox to acknowledge that you are installing a non-Salesforce application (that is Rescue by GoTo).
- Select Confirm and Install.
- On the Package Installation Details page, select Continue.
- On the Approve Third-Party Access page, select Yes, grant access to these third-party web sites and select Continue.

- On the Approve Package API Access page, select Next.
- On the Choose the security level page, select Install for All Users, then select Next.

- On the Install Package page, select Install.
Results: A confirmation email is sent about your request and a LogMeIn Rescue tab is added to your Salesforce homepage. LogMeIn Rescue is now installed.
