This procedure assumes you already have both a LogMeIn Rescue account and a Salesforce Developer, Enterprise or Unlimited account.

1. Click here to install LogMeIn Rescue and log in with the administrator user account of the Salesforce organization under which you want to install the Rescue app.

   Result: The Installation Instructions page appears.

2. Select Install.
3. Tick the I have read and agreed to the terms and conditions checkbox to acknowledge that you are installing a non-Salesforce application (that is Rescue by GoTo).
4. Select Confirm and Install.
5. On the Package Installation Details page, select Continue.
6. On the Approve Third-Party Access page, select Yes, grant access to these third-party web sites and select Continue.
   
7. On the Approve Package API Access page, select Next.
8. On the Choose the security level page, select Install for All Users, then select Next.
   
9. On the Install Package page, select Install.
