Subscribe to service status updates
- Visit the GoTo Status page.
- Click Subscribe to updates
- From the icons, choose the method you want to be notified. This can be via email, text message, Slack message, Atom Feed or RSS Feed.
- Fill in your contact information.
- Click Subscribe via email or text message / etc.
- Go to your email inbox or phone, check your incoming messages from GoTo
- In the ’Confirm your subscription’ message, click the Confirm subscription button to activate your subscription.
