View system processes running on a mobile device

This article gives guidance to Rescue technicians.

You can learn from this article how to view system processes running on a mobile device.

Before you begin:

The agent's Technician Group must have permission to view system information.

The session must be Active.

Supported platforms:

On the System info tab click Processes.
To retrieve data from the customer's device, click Request Process Information.
Result: The customer may be prompted to accept or decline your request.

Results: All processes running on the device are displayed.
