View applications installed on a mobile device

This article gives guidance to Rescue technicians.

You can learn from this article how to view applications installed on a mobile device.

Before you begin:

The agent's Technician Group must have permission to view system information.

The session must be Active.

Supported platforms:
  • Android
Restriction: Not available for iOS.
  1. On the System info tab, click Applications.
  2. To retrieve data from the customer's device, click Request Application Information.

    Result: The customer may be prompted to accept or decline your request.

Results: All applications installed on the device are displayed.
