Deploy LogMeIn Rescue within Zscaler environment

Stage 1: Firewall Control and Filtering Rule

This stage involves setting up the Firewall Control and Filtering Rule, which is linked to the first step in the second stage.

Navigate to Policy > Firewall.
Select Add Firewall Filtering Rule.
Assign a name to the rule.
Under Destination IPs, add all the LogMeIn Rescue URLs listed under the Allowlisting and LogMeIn Rescue page.
Note: Use the Allowlisting and LogMeIn Rescue - Data Center Range in the European Union site if you are based in the EU.
Select Save and then Activate.

This stage involves accessing Administration, selecting URL Categories, and then adding a URL Category.

Sign in and navigate to Administration > URL Categories.
Select Add URL Category.
Assign a name to the category and add the URLs you provided in Stage 1 Step 4.
Activate this category (your Zscaler team will know how to do this).
Navigate to Policy > SSL Inspection Policy.
Select Add SSL Inspection Rule.
Assign a rule order and name.
Change URL Category to your newly created category.
Under Action, select Do Not Inspect and Bypass Other Policies.
Select Save, then Activate again.

Finally, update the policy on your end clients or wait approximately an hour for it to update automatically.
