Enable the In-Session AI Assistant for technicians

Learn how to enable the In-Session AI Assistant for technicians to leverage AI's potential in LogMeIn Rescue.

Before you begin: You must activate the LogMeIn Rescue+ AI add-on for each technician for whom you have purchased a subscription.
  1. Log in to your LogMeIn Rescue account and open the Administration Center.
  2. On the Organization Tree, select the technician for whom you want to activate the AI add-on.
  3. Select the Organization tab.
  4. Under Licenses, select AI Assistant.
  5. Select Save.

Results: Upon next login, the user will be able to use the In-Session AI Assistant.
