Manage who can access your billing portal
Manage who can access and manage your billing account, including managing subscriptions, making payments, and updating your billing information.
Steps to add and update who can access and manage your billing portal depends on the billing portal you use. Compare your billing portal with the info below to identify which steps are for you:

If you manage your billing and subscriptions at https://admin.goto.com, you use GoTo Admin. | If you sign in to your billing portal at Corporate Billing Portal, then you use the Corporate Billing Portal. | If you sign in to your billing portal at https://store.logmein.com/subscriptions, then you use the LogMeIn Classic billing portal. |

Manage access to the GoTo Admin billing portal
Before you begin:
You must be a billing admin to perform this task.
Users that can access and manage the
GoTo Admin billing portal are considered
billing admins. Depending on their permissions, billing admins can view and manage some or all of your account's billing information, payment methods, invoices, subscriptions, tax exemption, and quotes.
Note: If you have a LogMeIn Rescue plan and use GoTo Admin for your billing, the Master Account Holder is also the billing admin for your account.
Currently, you will need to contact support to add a new billing admin or update your existing billing admins in GoTo Admin.
Manage access to the LogMeIn Classic billing portal
Before you begin:
You must be the Master Account Holder to perform this task.
Only the Master Account Holder can access the
LogMeIn Classic billing portal. If you'd like to change who can access the billing portal, you'll need to
contact support.
