About the Rescue In-Session AI Assistant

The In-Session AI Assistant in LogMeIn Rescue offers three features to enhance session efficiency: AI Session Summary, AI Device Analysis, and AI Screen Analysis. The LogMeIn Rescue In-Session AI Assistant add-on can help you save money, improve handling time, increase first call resolution, and resolve issues faster.

AI Session Summary

Before you begin: With AI Session Summary, a technician can generate a summary from all available session information, such as the chat log, device information, and actions taken by the agent during the session. It is a useful tool for documenting a session once it has ended, as AI session summaries are stored for each session along with the session notes.
  1. Navigate to Customer desktop.
  2. Select Generate summary from Session summary by GoPilot.

    Result: The session summary by the In-Session AI Assistant appears.

  3. Copy or edit the summary using the dedicated buttons.
    Note: If necessary, you can regenerate the AI summary with the Regenerate button.


    Note: The In-Session AI Assistant continuously takes screenshots during a session to create the AI Session Summary. Therefore, please avoid sharing any sensitive data during a session.

AI Device Analysis

Before you begin: AI Device Analysis considers all available information about the customer’s device and identifies unusual symptoms that may result in unsatisfactory performance. It highlights the key issues, provides a clear summary, and proposes recommended steps to resolve the issues.
  1. Launch a session with a customer.
  2. Select Analyze from Details > System info > Dashboard > Device health check.

Results: The In-Session AI Assistant displays the Summary, Issues and Recommended action sections.

AI Error Analysis

Before you begin: Technicians can take a screenshot of the customer’s screen and then prompt the AI Error Analysis feature to examine it. The AI Error Analysis tool provides an explanation of the issue and suggests potential solutions to resolve it.
  1. Launch a session with a customer.
  2. Select Customer desktop > View desktop.
  3. Select the In-Session AI Assistant icon from the remote control toolbar.
  4. Select Screen Analyze.
  5. Click and drag to select the desired area on the screen.

Results: The In-Session AI Assistant analyzes the screen and shows its findings.
