About the LogMeIn Rescue Calling Card

This article gives guidance to Rescue technicians.

It's helpful to understand the customer's experience during a Calling Card session. "You" in this article refers to the customer receiving support from a technician. LogMeIn Rescue technicians can also use this article to learn more about the customer experience.

The Calling Card is a small program that you use to connect directly to your support provider.

Installation

The Calling Card is installed on your PC or Mac by your support provider.

Opening the Calling Card

On PCs running a Windows operating system, click the Calling Card icon on your desktop, Quick Launch bar, or Start menu to launch the Calling Card. On Mac operating systems click the Calling Card icon on the Dock.
