The following requirements must be met to use Rescue Live Lens in ServiceNow:

• You must install the Rescue Live Lens app from the ServiceNow Store.
• Your customers and agents must meet the minimum system requirements.
• A ServiceNow Administrator at your organization should first install the Rescue Live Lens app to ServiceNow for your Agents.
• Agents should have a paid Rescue Live Lens account. More information, see How to Add an Agent.
