Rescue Live Guide Administrators can control which of their agents are allowed to start a Rescue Live Guide session.

1. Log in to the Rescue Live Admin Center.
2. Click the Licenses tab.
3. On the Organization Tree (left panel), select the agent you want to allow to use Rescue Live Guide.
   • Using the Organization Tree, you can expand groups and navigate to find the agent you want to allow to use Rescue Live Guide.
   • Use the Search Users field on top of the left panel to find the agent you want to allow to use Rescue Live Guide.
4. Hover over the agent you want to allow to use Rescue Live Guide., and make sure the box under Live Guide is selected.
   Note: You can only allow an agent to use Rescue Live Guide if your account has available Rescue Live Guide licenses. The number of already used and total licenses is displayed under Live Guide on the Licenses tab. For example, if 4/7 is displayed, it means that your company is currently using four out of the available seven licenses.
