The error '11001: No such host is known' is caused by incorrect proxy settings. Please check the proxy configuration inside Internet Explorer.

1. Open Internet Explorer.
2. Select Tools.
3. Select Internet Options.
4. Select the Connections tab.
5. Choose the LAN Settings button.

Please do not use automatic proxy configuration, instead please manually enter the proxy as an IP address and make sure the proxy port number is also set.
