For security purposes, we recommend ensuring that any fields, such as the Note or Computer Description of your host computers, do not contain any sensitive information (e.g., passwords, credentials, secrets, tokens, etc.).

1. Go to LogMeIn.com.
2. Select Sign In in the top-right corner to choose your product.
   
3. On the log in page, enter your LogMeIn ID (email address) and select Log in.
   You are redirected to the GoTo sign in page.
4. Type your password and select Sign In.

   Result: The Computers page is displayed.

5. Select Properties by each computer.
6. Make sure there is no sensitive information stored in the Notes or Computer Description fields.
   Important: If you have sensitive information stored in those fields, remove them and reset any shared passwords.
