Is there an outage?

If you're experiencing issues with using one of our product services, check the service status page. You can also subscribe to service status updates via email or SMS notifications.

You can check our service status page for GoToMyPC, LogMeIn Pro / LogMeIn Central, and LogMeIn Hamachi for the latest updates and known issues.

Subscribe to service status updates

  1. Visit the GoTo Status page.
  2. Click Subscribe to updates
  3. From the icons, choose the method you want to be notified. This can be via email, text message, Slack message, Atom Feed or RSS Feed.
  4. Fill in your contact information.
  5. Click Subscribe via email or text message / etc.
  6. Go to your email inbox or phone, check your incoming messages from GoTo
  7. In the ’Confirm your subscription’ message, click the Confirm subscription button to activate your subscription.
