Create a LogMeIn Pro account

Your LogMeIn ID provides a single login experience for the following GoTo products and services on every platform.

  1. Go to www.LogMeIn.com.
  2. Select Log In in the upper-right corner.

    Result: The Log in or sign up page is displayed.

  3. Select sign up.
  4. Fill in the registration form and follow all on-screen instructions.

    Result: Upon completing the account form you will be sent a confirmation email.

  5. Carefully follow all instructions in the email you receive from GoTo regarding account activation.
    Can't find an email from GoTo? Check your junk or spam folder.
What to do next: Once you have an account, your next step should be to add computers by installing the host software to computers you want to access. Watch this video on why you would use LogMeIn Pro:

Differences between an account and a subscription

When you register your email address at LogMeIn.com, you create an account. Your email and password together make up your LogMeIn ID, which you use to log in at LogMeIn.com. Your LogMeIn ID is not valid for a remote host.

To use certain services, you will be required to https://www.logmein.com/products/pro. A subscription can expire. An account does not expire.
