Change the time zone in LogMeIn Pro

You can change the time zone of both your company and your own account after logging in to the website.

The impact of time zones on reporting

For example, if you live in the GMT time zone, you would set your own account time zone accordingly at https://myaccount.logmeininc.com. Let's say you work for a company that has computers in the GMT-5 time zone, in which case you set your company's time zone at the LogMeIn.com website. Depending on what report you download, you may see different timezones:
  • Company-specific reports that you can find on the Reports > Report Viewer page show your computers in the GMT-5 time zone. For example, the account audit report shows you the time and date when your users logged in to remote hosts in the time zone of your company.
  • Account-specific reports, such as the audit log of your own account, display time in the GMT time zone, where you are now. You can access on the Settings > Account settings page.

Change your company's time zone

Do the following to change your company's time zone:

  1. Go to www.LogMeIn.com.
  2. Log in to your account using your account ID (email address) and password. The Computers page is displayed.
  3. Go to the Configuration > Time zone menu on the left.
  4. Choose a time zone from the drop-down list.
  5. Select Save Settings.

Tip: Can't find the timezone setting? In this case, you are not a Master Account Holder and your account settings are available at https://myaccount.logmeininc.com. See Change Your Time Zone for details.
  1. Go to www.LogMeIn.com.
  2. Log in to your account using your account ID (email address) and password. The Computers page is displayed.
  3. At the top of the page, select Settings and then Account Settings. The Account Settings page is displayed.
  4. Scroll down to the Personal section and select Edit.
  5. Choose a time zone from the drop-down list.
  6. Select Save changes.
