Export and import configuration profiles
Configuration profiles can be exported from one LogMeIn Resolve MDM site and imported to another site. This can speed up the implementation of new customer instances for MSPs
.
Export a configuration profile
- Select .
Result: The Export configuration profile wizard opens.
Results: The exported configuration profile template is downloaded as a JSON file.
Import a configuration profile
- Select .
Result: The Import configuration profile wizard opens.
Results: The imported configuration profile appears in the list of configuration profiles.
Note: If the configuration profile does not appear in the list immediately, select Refresh at the top of the table.
