Changing the signature of the LogMeIn host and client application certificates
As of October 2024, the LogMeIn Pro host application and the LogMeIn Client app will be signed by GoTo, Inc. LogMeIn (the company) has been renamed GoTo as early as February 2022 and this change makes sure that the new name is reflected in the digital signature of our applications as well.
Is there any action I should take?
No. The new GoTo-signed host and client applications do not bring any change to you. Neither your subscription nor the available features will be different. This is only a technical modification that happens in the background but does not impact your day-to-day work with LogMeIn Pro and LogMeIn Central.
Where do I see the new digital signature?
