Locate LogMeIn client app debug logs

Debug logs may help your admin or customer support agents troubleshoot your issue.

Tip: Looking for host debug logs? See View LogMeIn host event log files.
On Windows
You can find client logs in the following files:
  • C:\Programdata\LogMeIn\LogMeInBrowserPlugin.log
  • C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Local\LogMeInIgnition\LogMeInIgnition.log
On Mac
The client debug log is available in the top-right. Select LogMeIn client > Preferences > Advanced > Debug logging

You can also find the debug log in the /Users/(username)/Library/Logs/LogMeIn Client folder.
