Reset my account password

Remembering all of your passwords is tricky. Luckily, resetting your account password is easy!

Reset password

If you can't remember your password, you can reset it. To safeguard your account's security, we cannot reset your password on your behalf.
Note: If you no longer have access to your email account, call us by selecting Contact support on this article.
  1. Go to https://authentication.logmeininc.com/pwdrecovery/.
  2. Enter your sign-in email address and select Reset Password.
  3. Check your inbox.

    Troubleshooting: If you didn't get the password reset email, see "Didn't receive password reset email" below for more information.

  4. Select the link inside the Reset Password email and follow the steps to create a new password.

Didn't receive password reset email

Did you try resetting your account password, but never received the "Reset Your Password" email? There are a few things that may have caused this.
Possible reason What to do next
You might not have an account.

If you never signed up for a free trial or a paid account, then you do not have an email address registered with GoTo and you do not have a password to reset.

You may have overlooked the password reset email. Search for an email from noreply@logmein.com which contains instructions to reset your password.
The email might be in your spam folder or has been blocked by your company's firewall.
  • Check the "Spam" folder in your email inbox.
  • Contact your company's IT admin and ask them to allow our domain names so that these emails are not automatically blocked by a security firewall.

You might have entered your email address incorrectly. When you enter an email address on the Reset Password page at https://authentication.logmeininc.com/pwdrecovery/, the confirmation page is displayed regardless of whether you entered the right email address or not. To protect your account's security, we cannot confirm whether or not the email address you entered is registered with our system.
  • Try using another email address that the account might have been created under.
    • While we cannot tell you your password for security purposes, we can tell you the email associated with your account. Contact support for help.
  • Contact your admin to confirm the exact email address associated with your account.
