Change your LogMeIn Central account password

Change the password you use to sign in to LogMeIn.com. You must be logged in to change your password.

No host connection is required to manage your account details. The internet and a browser is all you need.

  1. Go to LogMeIn.com.
  2. Select Sign In in the top-right corner to choose your product.

    Result: The Log in or sign up page is displayed.

  3. On the log in page, enter your LogMeIn ID (email address) and select Log in.
    You are redirected to the GoTo sign in page.
  4. Type your password and select Sign In.

    Result: The Computers page is displayed.

  5. At the top of the page, select Settings > Account Settings.

    Result: The Account Settings page is displayed.

  6. Select View profile at the top.
    The GoTo Profile page, also known as My Account page is displayed.
  7. On the Sign in & security tab, select Edit next to your password.
  8. Enter your current and new passwords, then confirm your password.
  9. Select Save.

    Result: Your password is changed and an email notification is sent to you.
