Execute an eQuote
Your sales representative may assign you an eQuote to purchase a LogMeIn Central subscription. When you have an active eQuote, the Go to the eQuote page button is displayed on your Computers page.
Here's how to access and execute a pending eQuote:

Combining LogMeIn Central accounts
LogMeIn Central accounts cannot be combined into one. However, you can move all of your computers from various accounts into one account.
Cancelled subscription reactivation inquiry
As requested, we turned off auto-renew on your subscription, and billing has stopped. We have provided a grace period after cancellation to allow additional time for any transition. We have noticed continued activity on your service during the grace period.
Move or reassign a LogMeIn Pro seat
You can assign a LogMeIn Pro "seat" to a computer in your account so that the computer is available for remote access.
Move a seat from a computer you no longer need
Make a seat available by deleting a computer from your account.
Enable the available seat on the correct computer.
Results: The available seat is assigned to the computer. The computer is enabled for remote access. Following the above example, all five seats are now assigned. You can access all five computers in your account.
Reassign a seat to the same computer after operating system upgrade
The available seat is assigned to the computer. The computer is enabled for remote access.
- Go to www.logmein.com.
- Log in to your account using your LogMeIn ID (email address) and password. The Computers page is displayed.
- Find the "old computer" and select . (By "old computer" we mean the same computer you want to access, but with the previous operating system.)
- Select Delete this computer.
- Make sure you are sitting at the computer with the new operating system (the computer you want to access).
- While still logged in to your account, go to the Computers page.
- Select Add Computer.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install.
Make the seat available by deleting the "old computer" from your account.
Reinstall the LogMeIn Pro host software.
Results: The available seat is assigned to the computer. The computer is enabled for remote access. Following the above example, all five seats are now assigned.

About expired LogMeIn Pro trials
No credit card information is required for the free trial of LogMeIn Pro. Your trial starts when you create an account and perform any of the following.
- Add a computer (install the host software)
- Access Files for LogMeIn Pro for the first time while logged in at LogMeIn.com
- Open your Files drive from the client
After your LogMeIn Pro trial expires, you will be asked if you would like to purchase a subscription. If you decide not to purchase LogMeIn Pro, you will be unable to access any computers added to your account. You are never charged for LogMeIn Pro until you actively purchase a subscription.
Making a one-time purchase of LogMeIn Central
Because GoTo is a software as a service company, we only offer LogMeIn Central as a subscription to be paid according to a plan. It is not possible to purchase LogMeIn Central permanently, as GoTo is providing your connectivity as a service in addition to the host and client software.
About the GoTo Affiliate program
GoTo does not offer an affiliate program at this time. Although we allow our subscribers to purchase and resell our products, we do not have a system in place to facilitate billing and tracking.
